New platform scale VPWN
The new VPWN platform scale from VECHTA Waagen GmbH is manufactured in Germany from stainless steel and is particularly suitable for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
VECHTA Waagen GmbH has achieved a masterpiece with the VPWN platform scale. Especially flat and completely made of stainless steel, this platform scale convinces with outstanding measuring results. The platform is available up to protection class IP69K, which means it can be hygienically cleaned without damage.
Different platform sizes from 200 x 200 mm up to 600 x 800 make the scale the ideal companion for many applications. In combination with the WA-08 scale display, multi-component dosing is easy to implement. The evaluation can also take over the control and control the feed of individual components via potential-free contacts.
VECHTA Waagen GmbH grants a warranty of 3 years on the platform scale VPWN, beyond the legal warranty claim. This is due to the excellent product quality and the monitoring of the production. Made of 5 mm stainless steel in V2A or, on request, also in V4A, the compact, only 55 mm high construction is extremely stable.
It’s the inner values that count. Therefore, you have the choice between load cells made of aluminium with IP67 protection, stainless steel with IP67 protection or stainless steel with IP69K protection. For the accuracy class, too, you can choose between C3 for normal calibrated applications and C6 for high-precision measurement results.
The WA-01k is the standard evaluation unit in the set. This already enables many functions, such as counting, dosing and many more. An extension to the WA-08 makes sense if extensive tasks are to be covered.
