AirScrape, the new conveyor skirting for cement plants in Indonesia
The AirScrape is a non-contact concept, meaning no friction, no wear. Transfer points free of dust and spillage, without maintenance.
After some mining companies, cement plants and ports had tested the AirScrape, the TailScrape and also the DustScrape for a trial at their conveyor transfers, they now wanted more of that.
Non-contact concept
The new chute seal impresses with its non-contact concept. Without contact and without friction, the AirScrape conveyor belt seal skirting does not wear out and can thus keep the transfer points free of dust and spillage, without maintenance.
The benefits can be seen after just a few weeks, pleasing everyone responsible for the conveyor systems.
AirScrape and TailScrape
First, the transfer is equipped with the AirScrape and the TailScrape, and then, should dust still escape to the front, the calming zone is extended with the DustScrape.
The DustScrape tunnel is completely equipped with a filter cloth and thus only allows the excess air to escape. The fine material remains in the calming zone or on the belt.
Deliveries to Indonesia
A simple and very effective solution for fine and dusty material, which has also been happily confirmed by the cement plants in Indonesia. After the first installations on conveyor belt transfers, another delivery to Indonesia is now following, much of which has already been pre-ordered.
