The real power of air and the possibilities offered by this medium, in this connection are often misunderstood or underestimated. But the use of air, especially in the areas of drying and conveying of bulk materials and dust removal offers many advantages compared to mechanical solutions. Particularly in the case of bulk material handling, air as conveyor medium can score points in terms of efficiency and costs. Mostly the material is transported indirectly, i.e. it is conveyed contactless and not directly through the blower. In this procedure wear, friction and losses are minimized. In addition, such a conveying is relatively easy to install as no delivery tanks or belts are required but only a conveying duct. It is a 4-decks screening machine for separation into 5 fractions with 5.3 m2 screen surface per deck. Three screens are segmented and provided with bouncing ball cleaning system. There are spare screen inserts for each deck. The benefit is that when a screen is damaged only the affected segment needs to be changed rather than the entire screening insert. The fourth screen deck is a standard version. Two intermediate cylinders have double closable outlets. A mobile lifting device (significantly accelerates the process of screen changes and screen inspection) is included.

Following the insolvency of AMNI Maschinenbau GmbH in Iserlohn, BHS-Sonthofen has acquired all the technical designs, documents, patent rights and trademark rights for AMNI’s recycling products as well as the remaining inventory effective from December 12, 2013. AMNI manufactured rotor shears and granulators of various sizes for the treatment of electronic waste, tires, cables, refuse-derived fuels and other materials. AMNI’s shredding technology is founded on many years of experience, and the machines are in use with numerous customers. Model VHO 200, collecting liquids has never been so easy We are pleased to introduce new model VHO 200, single phase wet and dry industrial vacuum.
