DASAG Powder Pump for difficult to handle products

The DASAG powder pump has been designed specifically for conveying bulk goods based on the principle of a double diaphragm pump. Since its market launch more than 20 years ago, well-known companies of the bulk good processing industry have benefitted from its technical and economic advantages over conventional pneumatic conveyor systems. Typical projects with DASAG powder pumps involve conveying and dosing of bulk goods that are difficult to handle, sometimes under critical conditions of use (e.g. in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres).

Big-bag metering station

Compact plant for emptying, weighing/metering, conveying DASAG has developed a compact and flexible system which can empty Big-bags with a simultaneous metering and conveying process. Thus 3 passes are automated in one unit whereas 3 different devices were required up to now. There are tremendous advantages for users, especially in fields where a metered addition to mixers or agitators is necessary. The plant is characterised by: - Dust-free handling in a completed system - Adjustable amount and rate of conveying - Partly emptying of Big-bags possible - Refeed of residual material into the Big-bag - Discharge aid and optimal conveying by Powder pump - Flexible plant design for a wide range of bulk material
